Blend sugars, butter, and vanilla together with an electric mixer. In a separate bowl mix flour, cinnamon, baking powder, and baking soda together. Combine wet and dry ingredients together and blend with mixer. Once the dough is thoroughly mixed form a ball and wrap in saran wrap. Refrigerate for 1 hour or overnight if possible. Roll out the dough and use your favorite cookie cutters. Bake in at *350 for 7-9 min.
