Indies Choice Award - 2015
The Indies Choice Award (Prior to 2009 the Book Sense Award, Prior to 2000 the ABBY Award) honors the role independent booksellers play in discovering and promoting quality, noteworthy books. The owners and employees of Book Sense independent booksellers nominate and vote for the book they most enjoyed handselling to their customers. There are more than 1,200 Book Sense independent bookstores casting votes. Four categories of books are recognized; Fiction, Non-Fiction, Children's Literature and Children's Illustrated.
