Gone Girl
Reviewed by- Linda (2012/07/30, 06:26 PM)
From its opening pages to its uncontrived end this book delivers. Further, it delivers in an unpretentious, spontaneous manner. A man’s wife has gone missing and as the story progresses, the prevailing theory of “the husband did it”, keeps gaining in strength. But beware, this is no ordinary marriage gone wrong kind of story; just when you think you have everything figured out, your thoughts are upended by an unsuspecting twist. Flynn gives us two characters with strong voices and an original, page-turning plot. Recommend for those that like thrillers and also those that enjoy a good engaging story.Back.
