The Best Chunky Guacamole

  • 2 Ripe Avocados
  • 1/4 Cup Diced Tomato
  • 1/4 Cup Red Onion
  • 1/2 Clove Garlic
  • 1 1/2 tbsp Fresh Lime Juice
  • 1/2 tsp Celery Salt
  • 1/4 tsp Pepper


  1. Roughly chop avocados and place in a medium-size bowl.   

  2. Dice tomato, removing seeds and pat dry with a paper towel removing excess liquid.

  3. Finely chop red onion and garlic.  

  4. Add diced tomato, chopped onion, chopped garlic, lime juice, celery salt and pepper to the avocados.

  5. Gently combine all ingredients.

  6. Serve in a decorative bowl with your favorite chips.
