Table For Two

Amor Towles is one of my favorite authors. His exquisite writing is filled with beautiful, descriptive prose that completely draws you into the story. I always look forward to reading his work.

Table for Two differs from his other books in that it's a collection of short stories and a novella. Initially, I hesitated to read this book, but I'm glad I did. It turned out to be such an enjoyable read. Each story is captivating and engaging.

In each story, the characters face a moral dilemma, leaving you to contemplate the outcome and reflect on the situation. The novella concludes with Evelyn Ross, a character from Rules of Civility.

This thought-provoking book would make an excellent selection for a book club. Towles is a master storyteller, and I eagerly await the release of his next book.
