Things We Never Got Over

by Lucy Score
You will love the chemistry between the characters in this book. And you will also love all the banter back and forth between them. A story that perfectly captures small-town living and messy relationships. It's a nice mix of romance and family drama. Book Review

(by- Linda )

This is a fun book. It's a rom-com with witty banter and a good story. The premise? Naomi is a runaway bride; she ditches her husband and heads out of town when her twin sister, Tina, calls for help. But, unfortunately, Tina is evil. She steals Naomi's car and cash, leaving only her with her eleven-year-old daughter, a real surprise since Naomi did not know she had a niece.

The setting is a small town, so everyone knows everything and everyone. And Knox, Naomi's love interest, is charming in a macho way. But Naomi and Knox somehow fit together and create fantastic chemistry, including very steamy sex.

If you love romance books, rom-com in particular - this is a good choice for you. It's a little over the top sometimes, but it's a rom-com. It's well written but 500 pages long, so clear your schedule for a few days because it keeps you turning the pages.
