PBR Review: (by- Linda )
This is a feel-good book, great for vacations or when you simply want to read an engaging, entertaining story. Not only is it witty and easy to read, but there's also enough substance to become invested in the story. Both main characters work in publishing; Nora is an agent, and Charlie is an editor. This was definitely a bonus for an avid reader like me. I loved learning about choosing and bringing a new novel to market and how the different people involved interact. I also loved how the book pulled me in emotionally with a modern-day love story and sisterly bonding. It felt simple and honest and not over the top. |
