Book Review

(by- Andrea )

I loved this book! It was a fun and interesting read, and I didn't want it to end. Daisy Jones and the Six is a compelling and thought-provoking novel about a made-up iconic rock band in the 70s.

Knowing the story was inspired by the band Fleetwood Mac brought the story to life for me. Reid does an incredible job of capturing the essence of the band members, their music, and all the pressures of fame. She also dives into the relationships between the members and gives insight into the band's creative process.

I became wholly invested in the cast of vivid and well-developed characters and enjoyed following along as they strived for success. Daisy Jones and the Six is a must-read (especially if you're a fan of Fleetwood Mac) and would make an excellent Book Club choice. It is now a Netflix series.
