This is a great book to review. First, I loved the uniqueness of the story. It's not like anything I've read lately. It's also heavily, but not wholly, character-driven, which means the characters are complex, have flaws and develop throughout the story: a plus, especially for this genre.
There are also many twists and turns, and I loved the fast pace; I wanted to keep reading, not sleep or eat or whatever. I guessed the ending, but I also thought it was very satisfying. The author tied up all the loose ends.
Highly recommend. Especially good for those who like suspense and character-driven stories.
