PBR Review: (by- Linda )
What would you do if given an impossible choice? Bear the responsibility of crashing a plane with 143 passengers on board - or bear the equally agonizing choice of losing your family. That's precisely the scenario in this story, which starts strong and holds your attention until the end. Part of what I loved about this thriller is that the plot moves quickly, constantly switching between the pilots' decisions and the flight attendants' actions in the cabin. I also loved learning how flight crews react to threatening situations. And since the author worked as a flight attendant for many years, the details felt authentic and believable. |
