Book Review

This was a fun and engaging read! A.R. Torre definitely caught me off guard with one reveal in particular. The characters were complex and layered, each offering unique perspectives that added depth to the story. At times, their true motivations were unclear, heightening the suspense and making it difficult to put the book down.

The main character is Dr. Gwen Moore, a psychiatrist who treats killers and violent people with destructive impulses and strong urges to harm themselves or others. She is hired to profile a serial killer. As she examines the evidence, the reader is given some fantastic insights
