Reading a good self-help book is always enlightening. It encourages you to look within and reflect on your own behavior. Mel Robbins delivers an excellent message and a game plan with The Let Them Theory. Initially, saying let them would be easy, but she takes it further and suggests you ask yourself now let me along with providing some useable solutions. It seems simple, but as we all know, life is anything but simple. Mel continues to give life examples and the tools to handle them. I plan on applying her strategies and suggestions to my life and look forward to positive results. Although this isn't your typical Book Club book, discussing it with a group to get more insight would be fun. I loved this book and how thought-provoking it was. It definitely forced me to look within. |
