Book Review

(by- Linda )

I enjoyed this delightful and easy read about a mother and daughter, Liz and Laurie, taking a trip to Paris and Norway together. Their relationship is complicated; Laurie finds her mother hard to please and challenging, and Liz is a perfectionist who focuses all her energy on her work as a world-famous doctor, so they are not close. However, as you read about their journey and adventures, the realistic banter and dialogues make them both relatable, leaving you wanting to hug your mom and plan a trip to Europe together.

The touching and beautiful ending brought tears to my eyes. This is a perfect vacation or beach read.
