15 Page Turning Books Of The Holocaust

Sharing is caring!

There is no better way to learn the mistakes of the past than through reading. Although, it’s hard to be impartial about war; everyone has different feelings about it.

And I know, the reality can be painful, but I’m the type of person who believes that when we think and read about past events, absorb the truths and ponder the consequences- something happens- we catch ourselves trying to understand the why.

I don’t often read history books (at least since my long ago college days), but I love historical fiction. It’s just a guess, but you may be thinking it’s not the same. But I’ve found it’s a perfect compromise.

While I’ve read a few books on the Civil War and a few on Vietnam and other wars, I’ve read the most on the Holocaust.
Here, I’m sharing my favorites. Learning about the horrors of this war is key, but that doesn’t mean they aren’t enjoyable.

These books will keep you up late into the night reading and without fail- give new meaning to the word life.

“For your benefit, learn from our tragedy. It is not a written law that the next victims must be Jews. “
