The time-honored Summer Reading List! Where does one begin? I start by buying a new journal (usually in TJ Max or Marshalls) and neatly write my list of books using a nice pen.
Of course, I’ve written them on scrap paper first. And I know it may sound quirky, but it gives me a little thrill.
I want my summer reading list to consist of books I can devour. The ones I read into the night and think about the next day!
“One benefit of Summer was that each day we had more light to read by.”
~Jeannette Walls, The Glass Castle ~
So let’s start gathering some books!
Everything seems more relaxed now that the weather is getting warmer. It’s the perfect time to dig into that long-awaited read that’s been sitting on our TBR list way too long.
Summer reading lists can take on many forms, they can have just light reads or mysteries, but I like a diverse list. One that gives me the opportunity to choose different genres depending on my mood.
So here we go! Below is a list of page-turners to keep you up at night. Click on the links to read our reviews.
